The location address will be found in the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. This procurement is for the 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) one time purchase contract. This announcement is being issued as a REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL and constitutes the only solicitation; proposals for Portable Latrine Rental is being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2023-02. Proposal package is to be sent via email to the Contract Specialist, Nichelle Nagle, at nichelle.e.nagle.mil@army.mil.
