All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Government reserves the right to reject in whole or part any industry input as a result of this announcement. If the Government decides to award a contract for this effort, a solicitation will be issued at a later date. A debriefing on the results of this sources sought notice will not be provided by the Government. The MN ARNG is requesting potential vendors that have an established online platform that is utilized by Minnesota high schools to aid them in preparing students for secondary education and life after high school. The online platform must be currently used along with the student’s common core curriculum. The vendor will place a customized advertiser profile on their established online platforms. Ads will be delivered to students using the online platform. All Minnesota HS students using the website will see a 140 x 140-pixel MNARNG logo when they log in. Students using the scholarship search are served an interstitial 920 x 620-pixel ad as part of a rotation. Students will also have the opportunity to select the Minnesota Army National Guard as an option they are interested in. Through the platforms, students have the opportunity to complete a form and specifically request to be contacted by the Minnesota Army National Guard. The vendor will provide these leads of HS juniors, seniors, and post high school to the Recruiting and Retention Battalion Marketing Team, to disseminate to recruiters for follow up. The vendor will compile and provide these leads on a weekly basis via Excel spreadsheet to the Marketing NCOIC of the MNARNG Recruiting and Retention Battalion. The leads will include name, address, phone number, email address, High School, test scores, GPA, career interests, ethnic background, and sports/activities. Across all platforms the MNARNG will have an estimated average of 240,000 impressions throughout the PoP. All interested vendors shall submit a capabilities package demonstrating an ability to meet the stated requirements.
