This Combined Synopsis & Solicitation (Combo) Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial items and services is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Combo RFQ constitutes the only solicitation and is for the purchase of a banquet hall-style venue with meeting rooms and lunch meals on multiple days within the Minneapolis/St Paul, MN metro area. Dates are 9-10 July 2022 with Friday, 8 July 2022 being the event set-up day. See the attached Combo RFQ and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for full details and requirements. Funds are not currently available at this time (short of award) but are expected. This requirement falls under one of the following exceptions, allowing the contracting process (up to point of award) to commence prior to funding availability. High priority requirement when there is a high probability that the requirement will not be cancelled. AFARS 5132.702(a)(ii).
