This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is being issued as REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2022-04. PRE-AWARD: Upon request by the Government: Two (2) fully completed sample Branded T-shirts MUST be delivered to 1025 Broadway St. NE, Minneapolis, MN 55412 for physical validation and approval. Sample t-shirts must be delivered to the Government within 7 days upon request in order to be considered for award. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed and the quantity shipped will count off the total order, if approved and awarded. If the sample is approved, the remaining quantity to be delivered is 2,998. If not approved, sample masks will not be returned to the vendor and the Government will not be reimbursed for any costs.
