This Combined Synopsis & Solicitation Request for Quotes (RFQ) for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Combo RFQ constitutes the only solicitation, and is for the purchase of a banquet hall-style venue with meeting rooms and lunch meals on multiple days within a 20 mile commuting distance of the Minneapolis/St Paul, MN and metro area. Dates are 19-22 May 2022, with the 19th being a set-up day and 20-22 being the main event days with lunch meals. See the attached Combo Synopsis & Solicitation and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) documents for full details and requirements. Funds are not currently available at this time (short of award). This requirement falls under one of the following exceptions, allowing the contracting process (up to point of award) to commence prior to funding availability. High priority requirement when there is a high probability that the requirement will not be cancelled. AFARS 5132.702(a)(ii).
