This announcement is being issued as REQUEST FOR QUOTE and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2022-01. The Minnesota Army National Guard has a requirement for the purchase of a venue and meals within a 20 mile commute of the Minneapolis/ St. Paul Minnesota metro area. The Period of Performance shall be a three-day event on 08 April 2022 to 10 April 2022 in Minneapolis/ St.Paul Minnesota or within a 20-mile commute of the metro area. 07 April 2022 will consist of event setup and 08 April - 10 April 2022 will consist of all event activities including one meal per day. ** Reference the attached Combined Synopsis and the Perforamnce Work Statement (PWS) for specific details of the requirement and applicable Clauses and Provisions.
