This announcement is being issued as REQUEST FOR QUOTE and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2021-02. The Minnesota Army National Guard has a requirement for the purchase of a venue and meals within a 20 mile commute of the Twin Cities metro area. The requirement is for 1-194 TF FRA event, 19-20 November 2021. Event setup will be on the 19th. Food is only required for lunch on the 20th of November. ** Reference the attached Combined Synopsis and the Perforamnce Work Statement (PWS) for specific details of the requirement and applicable Clauses and Provisions. The Wage Determinations is also attached. *** This requirement falls under one of the following exceptions, allowing the contracting process (up to point of award) to commence prior to funding availability. High priority requirement when there is a high probability that the requirement will not be cancelled. AFARS 5132.702(a)(ii). This project is on the Army National Guard priority list and funds will be provided for award (1) proposal/bids are within 15% of the Independent Government Estimate (IGE); and (2) funds are made available to the organization as anticipated.
