This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is being issued as REQUEST FOR QUOTE and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2021-06. The requirement is for a quantity of 1 - Avion Virtual Master Blade, Part Number AV-002-001 to provide the MNARNG a tail rotor blade balancing kit. The statement of work (SOW) contrains contains the details of the requirement. The Combined Synopsis Solicitation contains additional details as well as the provisions and clauses. Also attached is the justification and approval for brand name only.
