The purpose for this update is to post questions with answers. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is a REQUEST FOR QUOTE and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2021-04. The combined synopsis_soliciation contains more details for this requirement to include the line items and the applicable provisions and clauses. This requirement for kitchen equipment is to replace current equipment that is reaching its lifecycle replacement date. Some of the line items are for name brand only products and those items are identified in the Combined Synopsis_Solicitation and Statement of Work (SOW). The statement of work contrains the full details of each of the line items. The Government plans to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the offer conforming to the solicitation which will be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes will be evaluated using price, technical, and past performance, all being considered equal. All solicitation specifications are not absolute and the Minnesota Army and Air National Guard will consider innovative solutions to this requirement. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE ONE (1) CONTRACT BUT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONSIDER PARTIAL OR MULTIPLE AWARDS.
