This announcement is being issued as REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS and constitutes the only solicitation; qutoes are being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2021-05. This project is on the Army National Guard priority list and funds will be provided for award (1) proposal/bids are within 15% of the Independent Government Estimate (IGE); and (2) funds are made available to the organization as anticipated.
