The Minnesota Army National Guard has a requirement for the purchase of meals and lodging; CLINS 0001 - 0004 within a 20 mile radius 350 Maryknoll Dr, Stillwater, MN 55082-5353; CLINS 0005 - 0008 within a 20 mile radius of 1002 15th Ave North, Moorhead, MN 56560-1548. ** Reference the attached combined synopsis for specific details of the requirement and applicable Clauses and Provisions. *** This requirement falls under one of the following exceptions, allowing the contracting process (up to point of award) to commence prior to funding availability.
