This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2021-02. The Minnesota Army National Guard has a requirement for the purchase of lodging and meals withing a 15 mile radius of Cottage Grove, MN. **Reference the attached combined synopsis for specific details of the requirement and applicable Clauses and Provisions. ***This requirement falls under one of the following exceptions, allowing the contracting process (up to point of award) to commence prior to funding availability.
