The information will be used for identifying potential sources interested and having the capability of providing Lodging and Meals. This is not a solicitation announcement for quotations, proposals or bids and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No proposals are being requested, nor accepted at this time. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest. If you respond to this notice, you may be invited to one or more future solicitations in regards to the referenced requirement. We will announce and post any future solicitations separately. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this announcement and/or any follow-up information request. Scope: Date: 14-16 February Lodging for 34 Personnel (Individual Rooms) / 14-16 February 3 Meals per Day per Personnel served at a local establishment or the place of lodging. Location: 15 Mile Radius of Saint Cloud MN 56304. All interested business concerns will provide this office the following: (1) Company Name, address, point of contact, telephone number, email address and Website address; (2) DUNS and/or CAGE number (3) Business size status; (4) Proposed lodging solution.
