The Contractor shall ensure all equipment is delivered with a full tank of fuel and all necessary parts in accordance with the operator’s manual. The Contractor shall provide 24 hour repair and /or replacement services for the leased equipment and acknowledge maintenance calls within 4 hours of being notified. Any inoperable end item must be repaired within 24 hours or the Contractor shall provide a replacement at no additional cost to the Government. Equipment will be in use with various POPs between 03 July and 12 August, 2020. Equipment may be placed before its POP and while the equipment need not be removed immediately after its POP, the Government will have no liability nor responsibility to maintain or secure the equipment outside of its POP. The Government will not pay for any additional usage.
