This Combined Synopsis and Solicitaiton RFQ is for the purchase of Hard Top Covers for M1165 HMMWV and FMTV & Trailer military vehicles. All requirements are outlined in the attached combo synopsis & solicitation. Note the SOW is within the solicitation document. Address questions to the POC listed below. AMENDMENT 1 (Amend1) TO THIS SOLICITATION - This amendment provides statement answers to vendor questions and provides updated SOW (v2) and a Breakout by Vehicle Type document (attachments). Vehicle Sizes - There are size differences in the FMTVs (MTVs and LMTVs). See updated SOW (v2) for dimetions and detailed requirements. M1165 HMWV’s - All M1165s have the B3 up-armor package. Freight - List any Freight pricing separately. AMENDMENT 2 (Amend2) TO THIS SOLICITATION - This amendment provides an updated Combo Synopsis and Solicitation RFQ document, attached as v2, which outlines the CLIN/Line Item structure for the base and options based on the updated information on FMTVs from Amend1. Also updated within the document is the SOW from Amend1.
