Provide Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner from 300 to 1,900 Soldiers from 8/7/20 - 8/12/20 totaling approximately 5,000 meals in 6 days. Meal times from 0530 - 0700 hours for Breakfast/Bag Lunch and 1700 - 1900 hours for Dinner. Meals will be served at the Rotational Unit Bivouac Area (RUBA) at Fort Irwin, CA (Grid Coordinate 11SNV 29860 01890 is approximate). Vendor shall provide all of their own equipment to cook and serve meals. A kitchen will NOT be available on Fort Irwin. Limited availibility for 120 volt outlet support. Potable Water needs, Grey Water disposal and Base Access Request paperwork shall be coordinated with Fort Irwin at least 10 days prior to arrival on Fort Irwin and verified with the Contracting Officer Representative before this time.
