This announcement is being issued as REQUEST FOR QUOTES and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2020-06. Lack of active SAM registration will preclude any proposal submitted from being evaluated for award. All offerors shall include their SAM Cage Code and Duns Codes as part of their proposal in order to be considered for award.
