This announcement is being issued as REQUEST FOR QUOTE and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2020-07. Please make quotes good through September 30, 2020. This requirement is not currently funded. This is a high priority requirement and there is a high probability that the requirement will be funded prior to September 30, 2020.
