This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is being issued as REQUEST FOR QUOTE and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2020-04. The Period of Performance shall be three, three day events on 13-15 November 2020, 20-22 November 2020, and 11-13 December 2020 in Minneapolis/St. Paul or within a 20 mile commute of the Twin Cities metro area. The Friday of each weekend will consist of event setup and Saturday and Sunday will consist of all event activities including one (1) lunch each day.
