This requirement is for an event venue capable of providing a Banquet Hall for three hundred fifteen (335) people for general session, ten (10) Conference Rooms for adult breakout sessions, two (2) Child Care rooms and two (2) operations rooms for storage of supplies for events and Soldier counseling along with a pre-approved Site Layout Diagram. One (1) Lunch shall be provided on Saturday 28 March along with a pre-approved Meal Plan. Parking will be provided at no cost to the attendees along with a pre-approved Parking Map. The Contractor SHALL include up to three hundred (300) on-site parking spaces in their bid even if the Contractor does not own the on-site parking. The vendor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control. Background: The Family Preparation Academy for the 1-194 Field Artillery Battalion is designed to provide resources and training for families to ease the deployment transition. The event shall be held in the metro area of the Twin Cities (Minneapolis/St. Paul). Period of Performance (PoP): The PoP shall be one event held for two days, 27-28 March 2020, within a 20 mile commute of the Twin Cities metro area. Event requirements will primarily be listed in the attachment labeled 'A 02 - PWS - FPA Venue Food - 1-194 FA'. Solicitation requirements, provisions, and clauses are listed in the attachment labeled 'B 01 - Combined Synopsis Solicitation - FPA Venue Food - 1-194 FA'. Again, this event is to be held within 20 miles of the Twin Cities metro area. A Site Layout Diagram for the venue, a Meal Plan for Lunch on Saturday 28 March 2020, and a Parking Map for Saturday 28 March 2020 will be submitted with the vendor's Solicitation Response or Quote. The vendor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control.
