This requirement is for an event venue at one location that is capable of providing thirty (30) sleeping rooms, four (4) conference rooms, one (1) operations room, securable changing rooms, meals and services (to include Wi-Fi). The period of performance for the event is to be held over the course of 2 days, 3-4 May 2020, and the event is to take place within 20 miles of Minneapolis/Saint Paul, Minnesota. See attachement labeled 'B 01 - Combined Synopsis Solicitation - ESGR APAC' for solicitation requirements, provisions and clauses. Event requirements will be primarly listed in the attachment 'A 02 - PWS - ESGR APAC. The wage determination rates are listed in teh attachment 'B 04 - Wage Determination'.
