This requirement is for an event venue capable of providing a hall for one thousand fifty (1050) people for general session and meals per day, ten (10) Conference Rooms for adult breakout sessions per day, seven (7) rooms for child care per day. Two (2) operations room for storage of supplies for event and for counseling per day. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control. Background: The Family Preparation Academy for the 2-135 Infantry Battalion is designed to provide resources and training for families to ease the deployment transition. The event shall be held in the metro area of the Twin Cities. Period of Performance (PoP): The Period of Performance shall be one event held for two days 8-9 February 2020 in the metro area of the Twin Cities or within a 20 mile commute. See attachment labeled 'B 01 - Combined Synopsis Solicitation - 2-134 INF BN FPA, for solicitation requirements, provisions and clauses. Event requirements will be primarily listed under the Performance Work Statement (PWS) section of the attachment. This event is to be within 20 miles of Minneapolis/St. Paul Minnesota. Food is to be provided at the venue where the event will be hosted along with all necessary equipment.
