This solicitation is for a maintenance service contract on fitness equipment at five locations on Camp Ripley, just north of Little Falls, Minnesota. Must also see full Solicitation, PWS and Wage Determination attachments. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform service and repair of Camp Ripley Training Center (CRTC) facility fitness equipment. Service during the contract period will include both three (3) yearly services as well as on-call emergency repair services. CRTC is host to five fitness centers available to M-day Soldiers and full-time staff. Each center has a variety of different cardio and weight lifting equipment that require frequent services. Usage of equipment is comparable to commercial fitness centers. Period of Performance (PoP): The Period of Performance shall be one year; with the contract being one (1) base year of 12 months, and four (4) 12 month option years.
