This announcement will be posted less than 15 days in accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(1), as the solicitation for this requirement has already been posted on GSA eBuy. The Rhode Island Army National Guard (RIARNG) 56th Troop Command requires a Parachute Simulator to support training efforts. RIARNG intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) delivery order on a sole source basis to Systems Technology, Inc (CAGE Code: 56982) in accordance with the Limited Source Justification. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government on future requirements. The determination by the Government not to complete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for similar requirements in the future.
