PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED In accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(13) the Pre-solicitation Synopsis for this requirement is waived. The combined synopsis solicitation, W912LD24Q0026, is released and attached. This announcement will be open for less than 30 days in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). The Rhode Island Army National Guard (RIARNG) requires Wireless Audiometric Hearing Test System (WAHTS) inclusive of 4 option years of annual calibration and maintenance. The RIARNG intends to award a sole source purchase order to WAHTS Hearing LLC (Cage: 9RU14) in accordance with the attached sole source justification. This is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
