INITIAL POSTING: The Rhode Island Army National Guard (RIARNG) requires an event space and catering for a Yellow Ribbon Event on 06 April 2024. The RIARNG Contracting Office intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for this requirement. Please see attached combined synopsis/solicitation and attachment for complete details. AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to revise Attachment 1, PWS. Clarification is provided for the "Two (2) breakout rooms" and the "Three (3) rooms for childcare" in the first section of the document. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. See revised Attachment 1.
