The purpose of amendment 0003 is to modify the following: 1. Revise the PWS, Section 1.1 to reflect a period of performance of one base year ONLY; the 4 optional periods are removed from the PWS and the solicitation. 2. Remove CLINS 0002 through 0005, as a result of the removal of the optional periods. 3. Revise the PWS, Sections 1.3 and 5.1.4 from "Number of Campers: 100(+/- 20%)" to "Number of Campers: 85". Please revise your quote to include only pricing for the 2023 year, for a total of 85 campers. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ----BREAK-------- The purpose of amendment 0002 is to extend the closing date of the solicitation from 25 July 2023 at 11AM EST to 02 August 2023 at 11AM EST. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Please see the attached amendment document. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, to provide a 5-day, 4-night, over-night adventure summer camp experience for Rhode Island National Guard (RING) children and youth with qualifying housing and dining facilities for one Base Year and 4 Option Years. The camp shall gather military children and youth from around Rhode Island to assist them in making connections and developing a peer group with other military youth through shared adventure experiences in a traditional camp environment., as defined in this Performance Work Statement.
