The 143d Airlift Wing Air National Guard Base, Rhode Island intends to award a venue/hotel rooms/food in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for a Strong Bonds Event and is restricted to the State of Rhode Island. Requirement: The 143d RIANG is looking for conference rooms, lodging, meals, and AV/Audio Support. Vendor facilities limited to the State of Rhode Island. The contractor's facility shall comply with all applicable fire and safety codes and regulations. The contractor shall have a security plan to ensure the personnel are in a safe and crime free environment. Meeting and sleeping rooms shall have adequate security for Government's information, supplies, equipment and other properties. Sleeping rooms shall have adequate locks for doors and windows. The hotel presented to the Government must be Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) approved. For a full list of requirements, review the attached Statement of Work. Interested vendors shall comply with System for Award Management (SAM) registration and have the ability to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Small business have priority under NAICS Code 721110. See attached solicitation document and fill in the appropriate fields including a breakout in prices. Lodging and meals are subject to GSA local rates dependent upon the location of the venue.
