Please note, the Anti-terrorism/Operation Security (AT-OPSEC) portion of the PWS is still in review; however, all other aspects of the solicitation are final. The PWS and this notice will be updated to reflect AT-OPSEC requirements once available, but before the close of the solicitation. The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to add the following note to the combined synopsis: NOTE: No third party offers will be accepted at this time. The Government is seeking to contract directly with the service provider. The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to incorporate the updated SOW to reflect AT-OPSEC requirements. The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to revise the notice to allow for teaming / third party arrangements.
