The Schedule must either be in the Seller's name or the Seller must be able to document its ability to act as an agent of a partner's Schedule. Sellers must not bid more than their applicable contract ceiling price, excluding the Unison Marketplace Fee, for contract-specific items. If Unison receives notice that, due to inclusion of the Unison Marketplace Fee, the Selected Bid's line item pricing is higher than the Selected Seller's applicable published government contract pricing, the Unison Marketplace Fee will be reduced to ensure the Selected Bid's line item pricing does not exceed the Selected Seller's applicable contract pricing. The National Guard - Rhode Island requires the following items, Brand Name Only (Exact Match), to the following: LI 001: Seminar, Pre-Retirement The RI National Guard requires a Pre-Retirement Seminar on the FERS Federal Government retirement systems. Extensive knowledge of the FERS and FHR system and specific knowledge of the National Guard Federal Technician/Title 5 employees and Military deposits program is required. The contractor shall provide an instructor for both days of virtual instruction, including participant materials for each participant, (up to 45 participants), with a handout booklet comprised of 3-to-a-page miniatures of all presentation slides that will be used during the seminar on which participants can take notes, include a downloadable retirement planning handbook, and adhere to the syllabus as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
