Amendment W912LD19Q50070001-- Updated Effective Date and Date Solicitation Due The 143d Airlift Wing Air National Guard Base, Rhode Island intends to award a venue/hotel rooms/food in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a Strong Bonds Event in the Southern New England area. Award will be rewarded with the vendor that presents the BEST VALUE for the government. Evaluation Factors are included, vendor shall provide information for these evaluation factors to be considered. See attachment for instruction. Requirement: The 143d RIANG is looking for two (2) conference room space with a capacity of not less than seventy 70 people. Provide Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner for an anticipated Seventy (70) people and twenty-five (25) guest rooms which can accommodate four (4) per room. Includes five (5) guest rooms for conference staff. See PWS for a complete detailed list of requirements. The contractor's facility shall comply with all applicable fire and safety codes and regulations. The contractor shall have a security plan to ensure the personnel are in a safe and crime free environment. The meeting and sleeping rooms shall have adequate security for Government's information, supplies, equipment and other properties. Sleeping rooms shall have adequate locks for doors and windows. The hotel presented to the Government must be Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) approved. For a full list of requirements, review the attached Performance Work Statement. Interested vendors shall comply with System for Award Management (SAM) registration and have the ability to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Small business have priority under NAICS Code 721110. See attached solicitation document SF 1449 to see a detailed list of requirements and fill in the appropriate fields. Award will be rewarded to the vendor that presents the best value to the government. Evaluation Factors include Technical Approach, Past Performance, and Price where Technical Approach and Past Performance combined will be evaluated significantly more important than Price.
