UPDATED TO ADD REVISED SOW & QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Period of Performance The Period of Performance is April 8-10, 2022 (two nights and three days) 1. Place of Performance The services shall be completed at/near the following location: 80424, Summit County and/or within 25 mile radius. 2. Requirements The following services are required: A. Meeting Spaces / Breakout Rooms / Vendor Area = 6 Rooms & Vendor Area. B.2 Loding Rooms 60 rooms per night for April 8 and April 9, 2022. Make-up of rooms are 20 double occupancy rooms with two (2) queen or full size beds per room and 40 single C. Plated or Buffet Breakfast from 8:00am – 9:00am for 65 adults, 15 youth & 10 children on 9 April 2022. Note see attached Statement of Work (SOW) for complete detail requirements
