Amendment 01 - This amendment to the solicitation is added to correct an error in the PWS, and to update the PWS, Combined Synopsis Solicitation, and RFQ Clin Information sheet. It also adjusts the period of performance start date to adjust for this amendment. Objective: To find a suitable contractor capable of conducting housekeeping operations for approximately 30 billet rooms per week for 48 weeks out of the year The Contractor shall provide personnel to manage housekeeping of not to exceed 30 hotel style rooms and common areas weekly as listed in the Performance Work Statement. Work. Initial set up of each of the billet rooms will be required during the orientation period. Housekeeping duties will occur twice per week, 48 weeks out of the year. A cleaning schedule will be provided to the awarded vendor. Wednesday is intended for light cleaning and laundry with Saturday being the main cleaning and linen change day. Housekeeping is only required in the billet rooms that were occupied. Period of Performance (PoP): The Period of Performance shall be One (1) Base Year of 12 months and Four (4) additional 12-month option years.
