January 30, 2024 - Amendment 01 - The purpose of this modification is to correct the error on CLIN 0001 for the March 3, 2024 event from 4 rooms to 7 rooms per the SOW. See Amendment 01 for full details, changes highlighted in red. Services shall be completed at/near the following location: 80237, Arapahoe County and/or within a 20-mile radius. Requirements: Both events on March 3, 2024 and March 16, 2024 require: Meeting Spaces / Breakout Rooms / Vendor Area at a venue large enough to accomodate 360 and 260 personnel. Multiple rooms will be needed. Breakfast and lunch meals and Audio Visual equipment. See both attached SOWs for full details of the requirements for each dated event.
