The Colorado Army National Guard requests quotes for Commercial Kitchen Inspections at 4 National Guard Armories located in the state of Colorado. You are invited to submit a quote for this requirement to the individual identified below. Quotes will be reviewed based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). It is anticipated that a firm fixed price contract will be awarded from this soliciation to the responsible contractor deemed LPTA. Please submit all Questions by 1000 EST 11 July 2023 with answers posted by 12 July 2023. Requiremetns: Inspect all pieces of kitchen equipment at each location and provide a written report on the working condition and a repair estimate on each piece of equipment that requires repair. Contractor must be able to perform complete diagnostics on commercial kitchen appliances such as electrical, HVAC/Refrigeration, and natural gas kitchen equipment. The final report must include applicable part numbers and repair costs for any equipment that need repaired.
