If yes up to how many hotels are allowed and is there a distance requirement between the hotels to keep the unit close by to each other? A: Multiple hotels are allowed, must be within the 10 mile radius. Q: Is parking required? Is charging parking fee to members allowed or does it need to be included in the rate if the hotel charges for parking? This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W912LC-23-Q-0002 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07. This procurement is posted full and open with no set a side. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 721110 – Hotels (except casino hotels) and Motels; and the Federal Product/Service Code: V231. Quotes will be reviewed based on Lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). The following commercial items are requested: 83 Rooms per night 8, 9 and 10 October 2022 SINGLE ROOMS: 6 rooms per day x 3 days = 18 room nights DOUBLE ROOMS: 77 rooms per day x 3 days = 231 room nights See attached Statement of Work for description and detailed requirements.
