Changes are highlighted in red on the SOW and Solicitation. ______________________________________________________________________ YRRP During Deployment Event July 15-16, 2022 CLIN 0001: 20 Rooms per night for July 15, 2022. Make-up of rooms are 20 double occupancy rooms with two (2) queen beds needed. Check out will be July 16, 2022. Rooms must not exceed government per diem rate. If standard rate is less than government per diem rate, please provide the lower of the two. Total 20 rooms per night. CLIN 0002: Meeting Spaces / Breakout Rooms / Vendor Area = 5 Rooms & Vendor Area. CLIN 0003: Meals - Breakfast on July 16, 2022 - 130 adults, 20 youth & 25 children and Lunch on July 16, 2022 - 130 adults, 20 youth & 25 children CLIN 0004: AV Equipment Support.
