This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339992 and the Federal Supply Code is 7720 This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The contractor shall provide all required personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to provide Musical Instruments and Supplies for the 101st Army Band as outlined in the attached Statement of Work. Brand name or equal procurement. If quoting for an equal item, vendor MUST provide specifications for each equal item, so that the government can make a determination that it meets the minimum specifications provided in the statement of work. Contractor shall utilize the provided Quote Spreadsheet that is attached to submit quotes. Provide prices for each item. Questions by written correspondence only, are due to the POCs below, no later than July 24, 2020 at 12:00p.m. (MST). The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price and ability to meet the minimum technical specifications of each item. Partial quotes will be evaluated against the entire solicitation in regards to the number of items quoted and price.
