This announcement constitutes the only Synopsis/Solicitation notice; the written solicitation is attached and quotes are being requested. Solicitation number W912LC-19-Q-5006 is being issued as a REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-02 effective 6 May 2019.
