The California National Guard seeks quotes from qualified contractors to provide and install a comprehensive physical security solution for a new commercial facility in the San Diego area, with the acquisition set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The project comprises two components: a full-lifecycle Intrusion Detection System (IDS) including equipment, installation, configuration, 24/7 remote monitoring, monthly inspections, emergency repairs, and reporting. The second component is a turnkey procurement of camera surveillance and keyless entry systems, including TAA-compliant equipment, installation, configuration, and warranty, with no ongoing monitoring or maintenance required. Upon successful installation, the Government will assume full administrative control and management of both systems.
