The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and coordination to paint the exterior of the Aviation Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) building (approx. 4,234 sq ft) and the Sheet Metal building (approx. 13,942 sq ft). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for construction services under streamlined procedures. Funds are not currently available, but the government anticipates they will become available prior to award, as this action is on the National Guard priority list. No contract will be made until appropriated funds are available. This opportunity is set aside 100% for small businesses.
