This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for construction services under streamlined FAR procedures, with quotes requested and no separate solicitation to be issued. The acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 238320 with a $19 million size standard. A bid bond is required. Funds are not currently available, but award is anticipated once appropriated funds are made available.
