This is a non-personal services contract to provide Custodial Services. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for items specified as Government furnished property. Please see the PWS and technical exhibits for specific details. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business (SB) Set Aside. A site visit will be conducted on Thursday 7th of August 2025 at 10:00 A.M. at STARBASE San Luis Obispo (SB SLO), 703 Ventura Ave, Camp San Luis Obispo, CA 93405 . Offerors planning to attend the site visit must fill out the Site Visit Questionnaire and submit it to Thomas Lamont at thomas.r.lamont3.civ@army.mil by Tuesday August 5th, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. Pacific Standard Time (PST). Offerors will be limited to two (2) participants. The purpose of the site visit is to provide a better understanding of existing site conditions and building layout. The site visit is a tour only; no questions will be answered during this time. Questions will be noted by the on-site POC Darlene Chavez and sent to the Contracting Officer. If no interest to attend is received an amendment will be issued cancelling the Site Visit. All questions are to be submitted in writing to Thomas Lamont at thomas.r.lamont3.civ@army.mil by August 8, 2024, at 10:00 AM (PST).
