The items being sought for this upcoming requirement are in reference to 3D Scanner Hand Held. This is a solicitation. Please provide response if the following requirements can be supported by email no later than 22 December 2020. Handheld self-positioning laser scanner system. Includes scanner unit, 3D Scanner software, carrying case, 4 meters custom USB cable, power supply, calibration plate, 2,000 reflective targets, 1-year warranty, parts and labor. The 3D scanner must be capable of acquiring accurate 3D measurements of physical objects. The scanner must be accurate within 0.001”. The scanner must be capable of a 0.001” resolution. Scanner must be handheld/portable and standalone device that does not need a tri-pod or other external tracking devices to operate. Output formats must be compatible with Solidworks. Must include necessary software for scan mesh and training for use of software and scanner. Must include maintenance service for five years. Software is a post-treatment software that directly integrates into 3D software platform and application suite, and allows the finalization of 3D scan data to use directly in any 3D printing or CAD software. Sofware provides the simplest and fastest path from 3D scans to your computer-aided design or additive manufacturing workflow. A great addition to the creaform 3D scanners, the sofware must be simple but powerful, including only the features necessary to complement your CAD software.
