This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number assigned to this action is W912LA-19-Q-7010. This acquisition is utilizing procedures in FAR Subpart 13, Simplified Procedures, and is issued as a Request for Quote RFQ. This acquisition is being set-aside exclusively for Small Business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333921, with a size standard of 1000 Employees. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-98 dated 01 May 2018 and the Defense Acquisition Regulation (DFARS) Change Notice 20180504. The California Air National Guard intends to issue a firm-fixed priced purchase order for Twin Post Vehicle Lift and installation services at Moffett Air National Guard Base, CA. The Government intends to place a Single, Firm-Fixed Price contract without discussions. Therefore, offerors should submit their best offer up front. Do not assume you will be able to revise your offer. The Contract will be awarded to the Contractor with the lowest priced proposal that meets the minimum technical requirements.
