The California Air National Guard, 144 Fighter Wing, located at Fresno ANGB, CA intends to establish a Firm Fixed Price contract for fire alarm repairs at building 225 to include replacement of main panel, detectors and horns in accordance with SOW. Job located at the Fresno Air National Guard Station. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Additionally, the Government will utilize simplified procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 and the size standard is $20.5M. A site visit is requested and scheduled on 10 September 2019 at 10am. All participants will meet at the 144FW West Gate near 5323 E McKinley Ave, Fresno CA 93727. All contractors must inform the contracting office of their intent to be at the site visit.
