The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform Industrial Hygiene Services as defined in this PWS. This is a non-personal services requirement that will anticipate, recognize, and evaluate potential health hazards associated with processes performed at Army National Guard (ARNG) facilities. These services will provide sound recommendations for hazard control. The purpose of this requirement is to identify, measure, and recommend methods to control the existence and extent of potentially hazardous worker operations and/or conditions at ARNG facilities. Industrial Hygiene (IH) surveys establish baselines, follow-ups, and special surveys of workplace conditions. IH surveys document and make recommendations for worker protection based on conditions and potential exposures found at the time of survey.
