The California Army National Guard (CAARNG) Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) has a need to acquire conference space and amenities for informational meetings. This requirement is for temporary use on a non-recurring basis. The CA Army National Guard intends to utilize this Request for Quote (RFQ), under solicitation number W912LA-19-T-0013, to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract for hotel conference room rentals and amenities to support the Yellow Ribbon's mission in California (see attachment 3, Performance Work Statement (PWS) for details) to support the California Army National Guard Yellow Ribbon Program within a 10-mile radius of Anaheim, CA on 26 January 2019, San Diego on 9-10 February 2019 & Fresno on 2 March 2019. The government intends to award one contract to the responsible offeror whose offer is the lowest price and technically acceptable (LPTA) to the Government.
