This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is W912L921R0023 and a statement that the solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition circular. This is an 8(a) set aside and the associated NAICS code is 621999. A more detailed description of requirements is included in the solicitation. A requirement to ensure medical readiness for 11,500 Service Members by providing services directly promoting comprehensive medical readiness, ensuring global deployability. The utilization of health benefit advisors is essential to maintaining established medical readiness goals of greater than 90% fully medically ready for the INARNG See Performance Work Statement (PWS) for description of services required for this project. Provision at 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition and further instructions are located in the addenda. Provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation – commercial items is provided. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provisions 52.212-3 Alt I, Offeror Representation and Certifications with its offer. This requirement is not counted against the page limitations.
