This is a pre-solicitation notice for subsistence products for the Indiana Army National Guard (INARNG), the products will be used for INARNG rations for drills, annual training and other operations. A draft Statement of Work (SOW), draft Technical Exhibit 1 Delivery Locations (TE1), and draft Technical Exhibit 2 itemized requirement list (TE2) are attached in order to enourage competition and provide the opportunity for feedback and questions from industry. It is expected the final SOW, TE1 & TE2 will be substantially similar to the attached documents when the solicitation is published at a future date to be determined. The resultant contract is expected to be a base year + four option year indefinite delivery firm fixed price contract. Potential vendors are expected to price the base year and all option year products. The INARNG expects delivery to be FOB and that pricing for delivery to all TE1 locations is to be included in the price of requested products.
