The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USFPO) for Indiana is requesting quotes regarding parts for a Hyster reach stacker forklift. The parts must fit Model: HRS 45-27 SN: B227J01511A and meet original manufacturer specifications. The USPFO is requesting a quote for parts as a standalone purchase as listed in the excel spreadsheet, and for two tires plus INSTALL ON TIRES ONLY. The tire installed must be done ON-SITE at Camp Atterbury, UTES/CSMS #2, BLDG# 738, EDINBURGH, IN 46124. Additional Requirements Product quoted must comply with the Trade Agreements Act, ie items manufactured in China and other non TAA countries will not be considered. VENDOR MUST IDENTIFY THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN/PLACE OF MANUFACTURING or bid may be considered non-responsive Bidder must be registered in www.sam.gov at the time of close of bidding.
